Refund Policy for Online Purchases

We are happy to exchange your items at our Meridian Mall salon located on the lower level (food court) of the Meridian Mall, 285 George Street, Dunedin within 7 days of the date you received your order, with proof of purchase, providing the items are unopened and in their original condition

Please choose carefully as we will not provide a refund unless your items are faulty.

If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

If you cannot get to our Meridian Mall salon and need to return a faulty item, please do not hesitate to contact us at admin@efxhair.co.nz and we will arrange return postage.
