• FREE delivery throughout New Zealand for all orders over $71

All orders require a signature upon delivery, however, you can log onto NZ Post and select to have your parcel redirected or left without a signature. If you wish to give the courier authority to deliver without a signature you may specify this in your order notes. EFX Hair & Beauty , Hair care world and our courier representative will not be liable for any loss or damage to a parcel left in accordance with the instructions provided. Our courier representative may at their sole discretion refuse to leave the parcel at the specified location for any reason.

• Parcel delivery is Monday to Friday only, with expected delivery within 5 working days.
• Dangerous goods such as aerosols cannot be delivered to P.O box address and will take 5 – 7 working days for delivery.
