Refund Policy for Online Purchases
We are happy to exchange your items at our Meridian Mall salon EFX Hair & Beauty - Haircare World located on the lower level (food court) of the Meridian Mall, 285 George Street, Dunedin within 7 days of the date you received your order, with proof of purchase, providing the items are unopened and in their original condition.
Please choose carefully as we will not provide a refund unless your items are faulty.
If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
If you cannot get to our Meridian Mall salon and need to return a faulty item, please do not hesitate to contact us at Johnefxhair@gmail.com and we will arrange return postage.
